He was a great help in educating me on short sale and bank owned property so after looking at approximately 20+ properties --we made many offers some rejected and countered but of prime interest was a home in Watertown, this was a short sale-- so very time consuming going back and forth to the bank and the current owners and through it all Conrad was there--very encouraging and finally a great deal was accepted by all and I personally purchased the home as an investment!!

To purchase your first home at such a young age is very stressful and Conrad again made the process easy and answered all of her questions and she is now living in her own home for less then what some 2 bedroom apartments would cost!

My oldest son is moving back from Las Vegas and I informed him of my great relationship with Conrad Roal. My son wanted to purchase a higher end home with acerage. Again Conrad like a true professional accepted the challenge and began the search--Again 25+ properties where seen and a few offers rejected but they are now closing in August on what they call their dream home!
So not only have I and my family had help with selling a delinquent property, but also in purchasing one on all three levels--Conventional, Bank Owned, and Short Sale!
