Conrad Roal With Lakes Area Realty has helped me and my family on 4 levels! 1st He was a great help in finding a buyer for a property my son owned that was going into foreclosure and negotiated a traditional sale that avoided any financial problems credit wise for him! 2nd He was a great help in educating me on short sale and bank owned property so after looking at approximately 20+ properties --we made many offers some rejected and countered but of prime interest was a home in Watertown, this was a short sale-- so very time consuming going back and forth to the bank and the current owners and through it all Conrad was there--very encouraging and finally a great deal was accepted by all and I personally purchased the home as an investment!! 3rd My daughter at 22 was wanting to move out on her own and was thinking an apartment was all she could afford. Again, with Conrad's help and many properties on the Market she was convince that now was the perfect time to buy with prices plummeting.
